Sconce Lighting

Ro and I both dialed right in to the "Star Trek - Deco" appeal of these lights. It made the master bedroom seem much larger once we got rid of the lamps on the nightstands. In the process, I also re-wired a socket in the wall so it was "always-on" instead of on the dimmer switch. Now we can have a clock radio next to the bed without running an extension cord around the room. While I was wiring the lamps, Ro made another trek into the attic. This time she installed the leftover insulation we had from the kitchen project. We also managed to wrangle a 2'x8' sheet of 3/4" plywood up into the crawlspace for more comfort when working up there the next time.  Ro, after finishing up the insulation declared: "I don't want to go up there anymore." We also noticed that the duct cleaner dude knocked our intake duct loose from the heater and that's why our heating bill and dust levels have gone way up since we had the ducts cleaned. Keep an eye on these guys, it may not be such a good idea to do this to your ducts.
