The Big Payoff

This is one of the biggest home improvement projects imaginable. If not THE project that tops all others... I call it "mortgage removal." On 22 December 1995, a bank loaned us an insane amount of money. On 22 December 2005, ten years to the day, we paid them back in full. Here's a shot of me burning our January 2006 mortgage payment coupon.
