| This is a shot of the north wall of the living room. This wall will be
paneled with oak and then the entire wall will have adjustable, heavy duty shelves made from oak plywood. There will be lots of wiring imbedded into the wall for the speakers, AC power, cable TV, and video. (Note: I made the TV stand, the box on the right of it and the chest of drawers in the center of the picture.) |

| This is the south wall of the living room. It will also have more wiring
imbedded into it for speakers, new lights and the ceiling fan. There will be italian glass sconce lights on either side of the doorway. |
Today was more planning, puttering and shopping than remodeling. I went to the depot and picked up shelf standards, electrical boxes, speaker wire, coax cable, and all the terminations for the wires. I used Leviton QuickPort devices because that's what the depot had and they are gold plated so they're pretty. I also started moving some furniture out and putting Ro's fru-fru out of harms way.
