| This way way more painful than expected. Should
you ever decide to put down a hardwood floor yourself, we highly recommend renting or
buying a compressor and pneumatic stapler. Otherwise you may suffer from some form of
repetitive stress syndrome. We used a drill and hammer on this 'little' project and used
up almost five pounds of nails on this fifty-five square foot section of floor. It was a
lot of hammer swinging and hole drilling, but the transformation was well worth it. We
used Bruce Floors Pre-finished natural red oak. |
