Wiring that Sucks by TCI

Here is a shot of the wiring the so-called "technician" did on the pole in our back yard. This is a prime example of their slipshod work. It comes as no surprise that their technical capabilities are on par with their customer service, they SUCK. I would call them back to fix this mess, but every time they touch it, the reception gets worse.
